About Me

Ever since I started playing volleyball, I knew I loved it and wanted to play for as long as possible. I have been varsity starter as a middle blocker for Battle Ground High School for the past two years, and I'm now on Excel NW 18 Lux, a high level club team that will help me increase my speed of play. I am always looking for opportunities to learn more about the sport that I love so much. I encourage my teammates on and off the court, bringing high energy into games, tournaments, and practices. I have a 4.0 GPA and go to CAM Academy, an accelerated school where I take multiple honors and AP classes every year. I love learning and am dedicated to being a good student. Because I didn't have an opportunity to be on a team until my sophomore year, I am nowhere near burnt out. I know that I started out behind other players regarding experience level, and I have worked hard to close that gap. I want to play volleyball in college so that I can keep playing the sport I am passionate about.
