Ava "Ace" Seay

My name is Ava "Ace" Seay, a Class of 2029 student-athlete at Braswell High School in Aubrey, Texas. I maintain a 4.0 GPA and plan to major in Psychology, driven by my interest in performance, mindset, and teamwork. As a freshman, I earned the role of starting varsity shortstop for my high school softball team, an experience that has strengthened my leadership, work ethic, and competitive drive. I am committed to excelling both academically and athletically while continuing to grow as a player, teammate, and person.

I play primarily shortstop but also contribute at second base, third base, and in the outfield for Texas Blaze 16U NTX Gold ALopez in the highly competitive Texas Fastpitch League Super Division. What makes me unique is my versatility, strong work ethic, coachability, and team-first mentality. I take pride in being a dependable player who competes hard, communicates well, and continues working to improve every day.

My goal is to compete at the collegiate level while growing as both a student and athlete in a program that values strong academics, player development, and team culture. I am looking for a college where I can build relationships, contribute to a competitive environment, and be challenged to become the best version of myself.

I know I can help a program through my athleticism, defensive range, leadership, and positive attitude. I will always bring energy, discipline, and commitment to the program every day.
