About Me
I can relate to the challenges that one may experience when trying to get back to the sport they love. In 2021, I was hit in the head and ended up with a concussion that forced me out of physical activity for 8 weeks. I rehabilitated with a physical therapist who specializes in concussion management, and she had said if I kept having symptoms I may not be able to play volleyball again. Thankfully I fully recovered, but at the time I was so scared I might not get to play the game I love again. I have always loved the sport of volleyball and would like to offer future generations of athletes the same rehabilitative services that got me back onto the court so quickly.
