Caleb has a great understanding of what the game is asking him. He knows when it is time to be creative/try things or when to be direct or when to put his foot on the ball and be patient in possession. This paired with his technical ability in the attacking third makes him very dynamic and dangerous from both wide and central attacking areas. Away from the field, he has great integrity and takes pride in doing things the right way even when no one is watching. Caleb is a great leader when it comes to representing our club's core values and how I want my players to behave off the field.
Kylie Clark ( email: [email protected], phone: , relationship: Trainer): To Whom It May Concern: I have had the privilege of working with Caleb for the past year as an assistant coach as well as a strength and conditioning coach for the Flatirons Rush USL Academy team. Caleb has done well this past year with his tactical awareness, field vision and decision making. His good technical ability has allowed him to improve his decision making as well as giving him the freedom to advance his skills on the ball. In our attack Caleb can be dangerous due to this decision making ability as he can set up his teammates to continue our attack as well as identifying when it is appropriate to shoot. Caleb is a consistent hard worker, who makes it a point to put in the effort both on and off the field when it comes to supporting our club, and his teammates in whatever role he plays. Caleb is an asset to our team because of the way carries himself and holds himself to a high standard.
