David Youngblood

I play soccer and ice hockey year round. I am an avid sports fan and hope to find a career where I can continue to work with athletes, possibly sports management or physical therapy. I am interested in coaching and developing youth players.

I pride myself on my understanding of the game and sports IQ. I can adjust to any formation and contribute to the success of my team. I am an unselfish player, see the field well, distribute the ball to teammates, and use my speed to attack and defend. I am versatile and play multiple positions depending on the need of my coach to match up to the competition.

I am looking for a college that can use my skills and help me continue to develop as a player on the field and as a person off the field. I thrive when being pushed and am coachable. I learn quickly and appreciate a coach who is direct and has clear expectations. I am goal oriented and set personal and team goals each season.

When I'm not at practice or games, I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing video games, and spending time with my family and two dogs.
