About Me

My name is Davis Noel. I'm a Class of 2028 strong safety/nickel from Southlake Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas — one of the most competitive 6A programs in the country. I play in an environment where the standard is high every single day, and that's shaped who I am as a player and person.

What makes me unique is my combination of athleticism and football IQ. My 4.2 pro-agility, 4.7 laser forty, and 9'5" broad jump reflect the explosion and change-of-direction ability I bring to the safety position — I'm built for the modern game where Safeties/Nickels have to cover slot receivers, walk into the box, and match tight ends. At 6'0" and 175 lbs, I have the frame and work ethic to add strength; my squat is already at 325 and bench at 225 as a sophomore. Being 16, I know my athleticism has room to grow as I keep working on my explosiveness, quickness, and speed.

I really focus on my leadership growth and enjoy being a role-model. I have gone thru the process here at Southlake and it is my time to shine and bring another state title to Southlake. I like coaching the new players and setting the standard on the field, at practice, and in the locker room. This is also important to me as my younger brother, who is 13, comes up thru the program. I want to be his role model and make him and my family proud.

Off the field, I carry a 3.7 GPA. Academics are non-negotiable for me, and I'm looking for a program where student-athletes are held to that same standard. I want to be around coaches and teammates who take the classroom seriously alongside the field. I stay involved in the community and volunteer thru the Young Men's Service League since my freshman year, currently VP of the org.

What I'm looking for in a college program is a place where I can develop as a complete player — not just a scheme fit today, but a program that invests in teaching the game. I want to compete at a high level, contribute to a winning culture, and graduate with a degree that opens doors after football.

How can I help your program? I'm a versatile, scheme-flexible defensive back who can play Strong Safety/Rover, Nickel, or match athlete-types in coverage. I'm a film guy — I study the game, communicate pre-snap, and take coaching. Southlake Carroll is a proving ground; I'm competing against and alongside future college players every day. I bring work ethic, coachability, and the character your program can count on in the locker room and on the field.
