Ella Henderson

I’m a 2029 goalkeeper who has been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. I’ve played at a high level for most of my life, including four years with an ECNL team from ages 10–14, and I’ve been on my school’s Varsity team since 7th grade. Soccer has always been a huge part of my life — I love the pressure, the focus, and the leadership that comes with being a goalie.

What makes me unique is my mindset and work ethic. I’m very competitive, but I’m also extremely coachable. I take pride in constantly improving — whether it’s working on my footwork, studying the game, or building communication and trust with my defenders. I’m also a vocal leader on and off the field, and I try to bring energy and confidence to my team every time I step on the field.

My goals are to keep developing as a player and person, compete at the highest level of college soccer I can, and make an impact right away. I’m looking for a college that values both academics and athletics — somewhere with strong team culture, great coaching, and a supportive environment that pushes me to grow.

I can help your program by bringing consistency, leadership, and intensity to every practice and game. I’m the type of goalkeeper who wants to make everyone around me better and who will put in the work every single day to help the team succeed.
