Playing with players who are good and know that they're good, I often see that they're attitudes are lacking. When something goes wrong for them, they get upset and stop giving 100% to the game. Those kind of players are not the players that I work well with. I'm looking for a team that will give the game 100% just like I do no matter what the score is or what the circumstances of the game are. I always try to keep my team's morale up, especially if the game's not in our favor. I tell my team to keep their heads up and I always try to tell them when they're doing a good job so that they don't beat themselves up over the game. I strive to be a teammate that people respect and find easy to talk to so that I can build connections with my teammates on and off the field. I want to be the teammate that people are glad to play with no matter the situation. I think that I can give your program that relentless behavior that every team needs. I can be the person who tells us to keep going no matter what.
