Immanuel Perez

Immanuel David Perez is an accomplished 12th grade student at West Genesee High School (WGHS) in Camillus, New York, where he maintains an impressive 98% academic average while taking advanced courses including Pre-Calculus, Enriched English, Spanish IV, US History, and Biology, earning him consistent placement on the high honor roll. In addition to serving as Captain of his WGHS Junior Varsity soccer team, he continues to play as a midfielder for Syracuse Rush since 2022. Immanuel is interested in Biomedical Engineering, evidenced by his participation in the Science and Technology Entry Program (STEP) where he applied scientific knowledge to robotics and programming, as well as his attendance at Syracuse University's Pre-College in the summer (2024), where he explored electrical engineering. Beyond academics and athletics, Immanuel is committed to working with children, serving as a Camp Counselor for Camillus Parks and Recreation for three years. His strong work ethic, time management skills, and diverse experiences reflect a well-rounded young leader who excels in balancing rigorous academics, competitive sports, technological pursuits, and community service.
