About Isla

My name is Isla Hunter. I am a student at Frank W. Cox High School in Virginia Beach, Va. I have been playing soccer since I was three years old starting with Soccer Shots. I fell in love with the sport and continued to seek more opportunities which lead me to travel soccer. The higher level of competition on the pitch continued to fuel my passion and provided me with an outlet to showcase my strength and power athletically. I'm a versatile and coachable player who is eager to grow as an athlete, a leader and a professional in my sport. I am an extremely hard worker and a firm believer in teamwork and sportsmanship. I continuously strive to improve as a player and do not back down from challenges. I'm known for my speed, agility and versatility on the field as well as sportsmanship and dedication to my team. I am also able to play multiple positions and am working constantly to excel at each of them. I shine as outside back which is my primary position but I also enjoy and can play midfield as well as forward.
