About Jacob Briar

My goal is to take on meaningful challenges and accomplish hard things, whether that means leading a team to a national championship, serving my country, or helping protect and support others. I want to demonstrate to my coaches, teammates, friends, and family that hard work, strong leadership, and a commitment to being the best version of myself can contribute to both team success and meaningful achievement.

I am driven by a constant desire to learn, seek feedback, and improve so that I can become a better athlete, teammate, friend, and member of my community. I value environments that challenge me to grow, hold me accountable, and inspire me to contribute to something greater than myself.

I am looking for a college where I can compete at a high level in soccer, earn a degree that will allow me to serve and give back to my community, and continue developing as a leader. Most importantly, I want to make my teammates, coaches, friends, and family proud not only of what I accomplish, but of the person I am becoming.
