About Julia
I’ve been playing softball since I was seven years old, but before that I played baseball for two years. I also played baseball for my middle school team as the primary catcher. I am now playing for my high school softball team as our primary varsity catcher. On my club team I primarily play outfield. My favorite thing about playing softball is the way it makes me feel free when I run, it makes me feel like I can do anything if I put my mind to it. Most importantly I love the friendships it helps me build. I know my teammates aren’t just my friends but sisters for life.
