Kaydence Haar

Hello, my name is Kaydence Haar! I’m a highly competitive athlete who loves being challenged and pushed to improve every day. Softball has taught me discipline, resilience, accountability, and how to compete under pressure while staying focused on the team first. I take pride in being coachable, bringing energy to practices and games, and doing the little things that help a team succeed.

I am a catcher and true utility player, who can excel at any position on the field. What makes me unique is my combination of work ethic, leadership, and passion for continuous growth. I’m the type of player who wants extra reps, studies the game, and looks for ways to improve both physically and mentally. I value being a great teammate just as much as performing on the field, and I want to help create a positive, competitive culture wherever I play.

My goals are to compete at the highest level possible, continue developing as a player and person, and earn a degree in anesthesiology that prepares me for long-term success after softball. I’m looking for a college program that values hard work, accountability, strong relationships, and a competitive environment where athletes are pushed to reach their full potential academically and athletically.

I can help a program by bringing consistency, toughness, and a team-first mentality every day. Coaches can count on me to work hard, stay positive, compete with intensity, and represent the program well on and off the field. I want to contribute however I’m needed and be someone my teammates and coaches can rely on.
