Kendall Stark

It is my goal to play volleyball as a setter at the collegiate level! I’m a 2028 left-handed setter/opposite that played for San Clemente 16-1 Riley, we are a top 10, division 1 team competing in the Southern California Southern Nevada (SCSN) region, finishing 4th out of 302 teams in the Regional Championship and 7th overall for the whole season. *For 17U, we have the same coach and team but new club name! We will be called Swell VBC- Riley 17

I attend JSerra Catholic High School, this is my 3rd season as a Varsity player competing in the Trinity League. I am the team captain and I play with and against many of the best D1 committed athletes in all of Southern Ca.! I was just awarded season MVP and broke school record for single season assist. I also lead the trinity league in assist.

As a high IQ setter, I find my most valuable attribute is my offensive mindset and front-row competitiveness. I’m a natural leader and have been the running team captain for the past few seasons. My teammates describe me as being very high energy, competitive and always smiling. I’m a high-academic student (GPA 4.61) currently enrolled in the Engineering Magnet program and I am interested in pursuing a degree in engineering/sciences.

A little more about me: I was a competitive softball player (pitcher) from 5 to 16 years old. Being a pitcher made me incredibly mentally tough. When the game is on the line, I want the ball and I fully believe pressure is a privilege! I’ve also had a lot of success at beach volleyball, which has really helped set me apart defensively on the indoor court. Recently I made the decision to follow my heart and go all in on pursuing indoor volleyball as a setter.
