About Leila

I’m a left winger who thrives in 1v1 situations and taking defenders down the line, and I’m also comfortable stepping into the 10 position to create chances and drive the attack. What makes me unique is my creativity on the ball and my ability to see and make passes that create scoring opportunities. I’m comfortable playing different positions, and I use my field awareness to create offensive opportunities for my team both from the left and through the middle. My goal is to play college soccer and continue to develop as a player. I would love to stay in Colorado but I am open to other opportunities or surrounding states. I'm looking for an environment where I can grow, contribute in any way, and be part of a competitive, fun, and close-knit team. I believe I can help a college program by bringing creativity, hard work, and leadership in whatever role I’m needed. My teammates voted me captain because of how hard I work and how I support and lift up the people around me, and I would bring that same energy to a college team.
