Leo Chandler

I've had back-to-back standout seasons, on both my high school and club teams. Last year, I was the only freshman to make my high school varsity team, and I led the state in goal differential among freshman keepers. I was also the starter for my club ECNL RL team. This season has been even better. I won the varsity starting goalkeeper spot (over older and taller players) and conceded just 2 goals in our final 13 games. I ended the season with 12 shut outs and a league-leading GAA of 0.226. The club season is under way, and I am the starting goalkeeper of my ECNL team, and I've helped lead a top-notch backline. My style of play is defined by speed, physicality, and fearlessness. I excel in high-pressure situations, particularly in 1v1s, and I am highly effective in shot stopping, distribution, and handling the ball with my feet. My communication skills are a key asset, as I am committed to organizing and leading my backline. My goal is to play at the highest level of collegiate soccer while majoring in environmental science or entrepreneurship. I am confident that my dedication, work ethic, and winning mentality would make me a valuable asset to your team.
