About Lilyanah

As a 15-year-old soccer player, I have faced challenges that have affected my confidence, whether that’s comparing myself to others or not wanting to be passed the ball because I don’t believe in myself to do good. But I also now know everybody makes mistakes and am working hard every day to rebuild it and believe in myself again. Soccer has taught me that setbacks are part of the journey and that success comes from hard work, patience, and determination. My goal is to keep improving, become a stronger player, and regain the confidence I know I have. I want to play soccer in college because it has always been a dream of mine to compete at a higher level, challenge myself, and prove to my family and I that I can do the things I want to do when I try. The things I’m looking for are a positive coach/environment because I’ve always truly never until this year had someone always supporting me even when things aren’t looking great on the field. I’m willing to bring to the table whatever you guys need and be flexible to whatever. I wanna make new friendships and new memories with new people.
