Madeline Sewell

My name is Maddie Sewell, and I am currently a junior in high school. I am a highly active individual, participating in my high school’s soccer team for 3 years, as well as multiple extracurricular activities where I hold leadership roles. In my sophomore year of high school, I played on my high school's varsity soccer team and again in my junior year. I thrive in high-intensity environments and greatly value a good team connection. I have been a member of Girl Scouts since kindergarten, which has developed a sense of community and service in me. I began playing soccer at the rec level in third grade, where I learned valuable lessons in sportsmanship and teamwork. I am known for my determination and strong work ethic when pursuing my goals. Since sixth grade, I have consistently achieved nearly straight A’s, making the honor roll every year. Looking forward, I have a desire to work in the psychology field. I currently compete on the Maryland Rush Royals U19 team, while also guest playing for the Maryland Rush 2008G team. I cannot wait to continue my soccer journey in college and to contribute my determination to a team.
