About Me
My name is Mia Louden, and I play for Coastal FC in the British Columbia Soccer Premier League (BCSPL).
A little bit about myself is that I have been playing Football since I was five years old, but have loved it even longer.
On the field I am comfortable in a variety of roles. I prefer to play attacking mid but have been relied on to play wing and fullback positions. I have always had great vision on the field, and always know what my next move is.
I was a key part of the junior girls team for my school this past spring that lead us to win the district banner. In the starting 11 each time, again I played wherever they needed me to. I have taken part in the FTF Canada Vancouver spring break combine for the past few years, and this year I was ranked in the top 65 2025 grads from the past year.
I am a member of the school’s environmental club, as I believe in helping the world in any way I can.
Post Secondary, besides playing Football, I plan to go on and study the field of law and maybe some environmental sciences in order to become an environmental lawyer, to do my part to combat climate change.
