I have had the pleasure of working with Madison Moreno at three Rush Select National
events, where I had the opportunity to coach and observe her skills both on and off the
field. From our first meeting in Arizona, I immediately recognized her as a standout
individual.
Madison is a hard worker who approaches everything she does with passion and
dedication. She is a natural leader who sets a positive example for her teammates,
creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere both on and off the field. She is
coachable and always open to feedback, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn
and improve.
What truly sets Madison apart is her work ethic and commitment. She is the first one on
the field and the last to leave, embodying a level of dedication and perseverance that is
truly admirable. She shows great respect towards her coaches and superiors,
consistently upholding the values of advice, accountability, empathy, enjoyment,
humility, leadership, passion, respect, safety, tenacity, and unity that Rush stands for.
I have no doubt that Madison will excel in any position she chooses to pursue. Her
