My name is Rosie Deville, and I’ve been playing soccer since I was six years old. I currently play midfield for the LKR ECNL RL G10/11 team and I’m also part of the 2010 ODP program. Soccer isn’t just a sport for me, it’s a part of who I am. I love playing in the midfield because it gives me the chance to control the flow of the game, connect passes, and work hard on both offense and defense.
What sets me apart is my work ethic and determination. I’ve never been the player who relies solely on natural talent—I’ve always pushed myself through hard work, discipline, and a willingness to learn. I’m very coachable, a strong communicator, and I always put the team first. I also take academics seriously—I’m an honors student with a 4.0 GPA, and my goal is to become a pediatrician or neonatologist. I am committed to finding a college that will prepare me for medical school while also challenging me as an athlete. I want my college experience to shape me not just as a player, but also as a leader who can carry the lessons from soccer into every area of my life.
I’m looking for a college where I can grow as both a player and a student, with a program that values teamwork, hard work, and family culture. I know I can bring energy, discipline, and a love for the game to your team.
