I am a 14-year-old goalkeeper for the 2011 Gateway Rush NPL team. Although I am currently recovering from an injury, I am working hard every day to return stronger and plan to resume playing in October 2026. This experience has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of staying committed even when I cannot be on the field.
Soccer has given me opportunities to compete at a high level, including traveling with international select teams to Spain, Kansas City, and Orlando, Florida. These experiences have helped me grow as both a player and a person.
My goal is to take my soccer career as far as I can while always being the best teammate possible. As a goalkeeper, I know my role is different from the field players, but I make an effort to build strong relationships with everyone on my team and understand each position. I believe communication, trust, and encouragement are just as important as making saves.
After high school, I hope to play soccer in college while pursuing a career in the medical field. I want to continue challenging myself both academically and athletically.
I will bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to giving my best every day. Whether I’m on the field or supporting my teammates from the sidelines during my recovery, I strive to encourage others and help my team succeed.
