Justin Throneburg ( email: [email protected], phone: +1 (407) 947-1174, relationship: Coach): To college coaches, Sarah Widlak processes excellent footwork with both feet but is still right foot dominant. Sarah primarily plays the the 9 and 7 but has the vision and creativity for the 10. She has led her team in scoring the last 3 years through working nonstop on her shooting with both feet, but her left foot is better than her right. On her high school team that is consistently in the top 10 in the state, she started as a freshman, the only one to do this in club history. She has been the captain of her club team for the past 3 years due to her leadership on and off the field. Always the highest work rate on her team for every drill and fitness exercise. She has personally willed her team to be one of the best in the state while personally becoming one of the highest ranked students in her high school that is in the top 2% in the state. This just goes to show how hard she works on and off the field. Lastly, Sarah is one of the best players I have ever coached in my 22 years of coaching girls. Any university that has the privilege of getting Sarah into their program will have a player that will never stop working on the field or in the classroom.
