Victoria Van Zee

Hi, my name is Victoria Van Zee, but most everyone calls me Tori! I’ve been playing soccer since 3rd grade at multiple levels. I’ve been a varsity starter on my small school team at Pella Christian, which has really helped me develop and increase my leadership and communication skills on and off the field. I love moving the ball quickly as a midfielder and using open space by passing often and making good decisions. My goals include improving as a soccer player and leader. In regards to college, I would love to play college ball if I could make it work with my academic pursuits. It is important to me to work hard. I am looking for a college that has a positive and growing atmosphere, located in a great city or town, has amazing academic opportunities, and isn’t crazy far away from Iowa. I am a supportive and encouraging presence on a team and will encourage others to work hard. I like to learn and live the game of soccer. I can see the field well, am adaptable, maintain good fitness, and work well with others. I have and continue to train shooting, footwork, and passing. I am a talented player, competitive, and a hard worker.
