Zaniya Gonzague

I currently play Left Back / Center Back for the Sunrise Sting 2007 DPL team. Our team competes regularly against ECNL and GA teams in the highest brackets at the top tournaments around the country. We are currently in 1st place in the DPL League. I also play the same positions for my High School, Archbishop McCarthy. We were the 5A district champions for 2023. In addition, I played on the United States Virgin Islands National U15 Team for the CONCACAF tournament last summer and expect to be joining their U17 or Women’s Team for the CONCACAF Qualifiers this upcoming summer. I have been playing soccer since U6 and it has become an important part of my life. I want to continue to play at the college level at a school where I can also meet my academic goals. I am a good student and currently have a 3.4 GPA and a PSAT score of 950.
